Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit usa-bcbg.com and log in to your account to start the return process.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after your return is delivered.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
